Our position

GolfHomes.in is an online listing platform. It is not a real estate agent or promoter, and it is not registered under RERA. Every property is offered by an independent, RERA-registered associate agent or by the developer, whose RERA registration number is shown on the listing. Buyers should check the project and agent RERA details on the relevant State RERA website before any transaction. Any agreement is made directly between the buyer and that agent or developer.

Listings

Listing details, including prices, areas, golf distances, views, club membership and RERA numbers, are provided by the associate agent. GolfHomes.in checks the agent's RERA registration at onboarding and reviews listings, but does not guarantee their accuracy.

Golf course information is provided for convenience. Club membership, green fees and access are decided by each club.
