How it works

For buyers

Search by city, golf course, distance to the course, budget and home type. Shortlist homes, save searches for email alerts, and contact the agent directly by callback, site-visit request or WhatsApp.

Before paying anything, check the project and agent RERA numbers shown on the listing on the State RERA website.

For agents

Apply with your RERA agent registration number and certificate. Once we've verified it, add listings with photos, golf details and the project RERA number where required. New listings are reviewed before they go live.

Buyer enquiries arrive in your lead inbox. If your RERA registration expires, your listings are paused until you upload the renewal.

What we check

Agent RERA registration and validity, that each listing is in the right golf category, that its distance to the course is plausible, and that projects show a project RERA number. We don't inspect properties or verify title. Buyers should do their own due diligence.
